What this page asks you for

Nothing. There is no sign-up, no newsletter box, no checkout and no message field anywhere on imeiv.com. A reader can move through every section without handing over a name, an address, a card number or a location.

What the app uses

The GasBuddy app is a separate piece of software, owned and operated by its own company, with its own settings and its own privacy policy. This page cannot describe what that app stores; it can only say that nothing on this page is passed to it. When the download button opens Google Play, the request is handled by Google under Google’s terms, and from that point the app’s own policy governs.

What the server keeps

Ordinary technical records — the page requested, the time, the browser type, the network address — may be held by the hosting provider, as most web servers do. They exist so the site stays reachable and defended, never to build a profile of a reader.
